I know I haven't posted in a while, but I wanted to know what other people are doing to stay healthy and how you are going to fight upcoming holidays treats, like the onslaught on cady from Halloween? Instead of snacking on chips, I eat freeze-dried fruits. They're crunchy and delicious and I can eat a whole lot of them without worrying!
